Azerbaijan sends humanitarian aid to Ukrainian refugees

The Azerbaijani government has sent another batch of humanitarian aid for Ukrainian refugees who entered the territory of Moldova as a result of the crisis in Ukraine, Report informs.
The plane took off from Heydar Aliyev International Airport on April 15 morning to deliver 29 tons of humanitarian aid worth more than 1.7 million manats, consisting of medicines and supplies for urgent and emergency medical care, to the Chisinau airport.
On behalf of Azerbaijan’s leadership, on February 27 and March 12 of this year, Azerbaijan sent medicines and food products to Ukraine for a total amount of 21.5 million manats (more than 11.5 million euros).
In total, about 520 tons of humanitarian aid were sent.
