Azerbaijan joins CIS agreement

President Ilham Aliyev has signed the Law on Approval of the “Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement of January 17, 1997 on Cooperation in the Development and Use of Mobile Cellular Communication Systems,” Report informs.

The “Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement of January 17, 1997 on Cooperation in the Development and Use of Mobile Cellular Communication Systems” signed at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Astana on November 2, 2018, was approved by Azerbaijan with reservations.
