Azerbaijan, Georgia sign five documents at Baku meeting

The protocol of the eighth meeting of the joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia was signed in Baku today.

The local bureau of Report says that the document was signed by Prime Ministers of Azerbaijan and Georgia Ali Asadov and Irakli Garibashvili respectively.

Memorandums of understanding were also signed between the relevant agencies of Azerbaijan and Georgia.

These documents include the program of cultural cooperation between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia and the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan for 2021-2024; the agreement between the two governments on cooperation in standardization, metrology and conformity assessment; the agreement on checkpoints on the state border between Georgia and Azerbaijan, and a memorandum between Produce in Georgia public legal entity and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) as well as the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO).
