Armenian speaker: I have no right to say that Karabakh will never be part of Azerbaijan

I have no right to say that Karabakh will never be part of Azerbaijan, said President of National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Alen Simonyan, Report informs.

He said that negotiations are underway, and such questions can put the overall process before the facts:

"It is inadmissible to make such a statement at the level of the speaker of parliament."
