Ambassador: Russia and Azerbaijan, as strategic partners, are actively developing their relations

Baku. 24 December. REPORT.AZ/ Russia and Azerbaijan are strategic partners actively developing their relations, Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Bocharnikov said at a press conference in Baku.

“We have a good mutual understanding between all branches of our government, excellent relations between our presidents,” Bocharnikov said.

According to him, bilateral relations between Russia and Azerbaijan are developing in all directions.

The diplomat named the continuation of cooperation in areas in which they agreed on this year as priorities for next year.

"This year we have agreed on many things, primarily on the development of economic and trade relations. I am sure that 2019 year will be saturated in terms of the development of trade cooperation, and we also plan to increase humanitarian cooperation”, the ambassador stressed.
