Ambassador: Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are allies in words and deeds

Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are allies in words and deeds, which gives optimism and confidence in the future, Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Azerbaijan Alim Bayel said, Report informs.

According to Bayel, a friend in need is a friend indeed, which is why Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan share both joy and sorrow together:

"Following the instructions of Presidents Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Ilham Aliyev, relevant bodies of both countries are taking necessary joint measures to investigate the causes of the accident and provide initial assistance."

The ambassador stated that the brotherly countries demonstrate a high example of solidarity and mutual assistance:

"State structures are coordinating processes with composure, while rescuers, medical and transport workers have carried out their work promptly.

Citizens of Kazakhstan have not remained indifferent to the incident, donating blood and placing flowers in front of Azerbaijan's foreign missions in Aktau and Astana."
