Adviser to Turkish President arrives in Azerbaijan

Baku. 21 November. REPORT.AZ/ Adviser to Turkish President, former culture minister, Yalçın Topçu has arrived in Azerbaijan.

During the visit, Y.Topçu will meet with the officials and NGOs representatives, as well as attend today's opening of the Turkish Cinema Week, organized in Baku by the Yunus Emre Institute.
