Turkey hosts Consular Football Tournament on the occasion of 100th jubilee of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic

Baku. 16 April. REPORT.AZ/ Consular Football Tournament held in Turkey on the occasion of 100th jubilee of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic

Report informs according to Turkey Football Federation, France, Ukraine, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the Netherlands, Russia, Uzbekistan, Qatar, and Consulate General of United States, as well as, Istanbul Governorship, TFF, United Nations / Red Crescent and the Turkish Council have participated in the tournament, organized by the Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul and with the support of TFF.

Kirghizstan defeated Uzbekistan with 4:1 score in the final and became the winner of the tournament held in Hasan Doğan National Teams Training and Education Facilities. Azerbaijan defeated Ukraine with 8:2 score for the third place.

Consul General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul, Masim Hajiyev thanked TFF management for their support.
