Villarreal head coach Unai Emery has reached the semifinals of the tournament for the sixth time in his career.
Villarreal beat Croatian Dinamo Zagreb in the quarterfinals in two matches - 1: 0; 2: 1.
The 50-year-old specialist has previously reached the semifinals with England's Arsenal and Spain's Valencia.
The Spanish head coach won the Europa League with the Spanish club Sevilla in the 2013/2014, 2014/2015, and 2015/2016 seasons.
