Rivals of Azerbaijani national team in training sessions determined

Baku. 7 January. REPORT.AZ/ Rivals of the Azerbaijani U-19 national team to participate in the training camp for the elite round of the European championship have been determined, Head coach of the national team Vugar Mammad told Report. The 41-year-old expert said that they will hold four test matches during Turkey gathering. The national team will face the third team of Krasnodar FC (Russia) on January 21, Kuwait U-19 team on January 24 and substitute team of Dynamo FC (Moscow ) on January 30. The team's rival on January 27 is yet to be determined.

Mammad has also named rivals for the February training sessions in Spain. According to him, the Azerbaijani national team will face Spain on February 12, the U-18 team of local "Murcia" on February 14,national team of Scotland from the same age group on February 17.

Preparations for the elite round of the European championship will start in Baku on January 12. Turkey will be in training on January 19-31, Spanish trainings will be held on February 10-18.

Notably, in the elite round of the European Championship organized in Russia the Azerbaijani U-19 team will play the hosts on March 20, Ireland on March 23, and Romania on March 26.
