Minister: Baku to successfully host mini-football world championship

Baku will successfully host the 2025 mini-football world championship, Minister of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan Farid Gayibov said at the presentation ceremony dedicated to the mentioned event, Report informs.

The minister noted that Azerbaijan’s attention to sports is undeniable: "Azerbaijani judoka Hidayat Heydarov becoming the world champion is a clear example of this. In addition, various sports events are often held in our country. We believe that Baku will successfully hold the world championship in 2025."
