Baku. 11 July. REPORT.AZ/ Father of former Milan footballer and former Georgian energy minister Kakha Kaladze has arrived in Baku.
Report informs, Karlo Kaladze is on a visit to Azerbaijan to watch the first match between Aghdam's "Qarabag" and Georgia's Samtredia in the II qualifying round of Champions League. The meeting to be held today in the Tofig Bahramov Republican Stadium at 21:00.
Veteran footballers of "Samtredia" will also be watching match.
Notably, 70-year-old Karlo Kaladze was born in Samtredia, Georgia. He played in city's Lokomotiv team. K. Kaladze was the head of the club "Samtredia", who was the successor to Locomotive in 1980s. Kakha Kaladze is also a player of "Qarabag"’s opponent. 39 years old veteran player was transferred to FC Dinamo Tbilisi. From 2001 to 2010, he played in Milan.
