Dudelange to play against Qarabag without a head coach

The fate of Bertrand Crasson, who is the temporary head coach in Luxembourg’s Dudelange, will be known following the match against Qarabag to be held within second round of the UEFA Europa League.

According to Report, the club's athletic director, Sofian Benzouien said that it is necessary to wait for another week to make right decision. However, he said that the decision will not necessarily be related to the results. Benzouien added that Crasson will remain at least as an assistant coach of the team.

Dudelange sent Emilio Ferrera to resignation from the post of head coach ahead start of European League group stage. The team is temporarily headed by Crasson. Under his leadership, Dudelange defeated APOEL with a score  of 4: 3 in Cyprus. However, the management postponed the appointment after a 0-2 loss to Pétange in the Luxembourg National Division match. However, the team lost Pétange with 0:2 score in the National Division of Luxembourg, so the management of the team postponed the appointment of the head coach.

Notably, Dudelange - Qarabag match to be held on October 3 at the Josy Barthel Stade in Luxembourg, will begin at 23:00 Baku time.
