Report informs citing the Marca, the Red Devils began their negotiations with the shot-stopper in the first months of 2018 and they have finally reached an agreement for his renewal, in which he will earn a 21 million euros gross for each of the five seasons at the Old Trafford.

Manuel Neuer earns approximately 15m euros at Bayern Munich while other keepers are far from what the Spaniard will receive.

Notably, David de Gea has been in Manchester United since 2011. He managed to protect gates in 22 of the 45 games he played in the club last season.
