Baku. 24 August. REPORT.AZ/ Players from Denmark's Copenhagen have shared their opinions after the Champions League play-off match against Qarabag.

Report informs citing the Scandinavian official website, opponents have expressed regret for not being included in the group, despite 2: 1 victory.

The Slovakian midfielder Ján Greguš, said they won unnecessary victory.

Serbian striker Andrija Pavlovic, who scored a goal in the match, believes that failure to join the Champions League is linked to the lack of success in critical situations.

Danish defender Nikolai Boylesen said inability to overcome Qarabag is unbearable for him.

Slovenian striker Benjamin Verbic drew attention to the fact that he lost concentration on the back after a break:

“The first half was very good. Our line of defense was in the order. In general, there was a good encounter. The result was not the same as we wanted”.

Notably, although Qarabag has lost to Copenhagen in away match (2:1), due to the victory in Baku with score (1: 0), the team has qualified to the group stage.
