Champions League back after break

The matches in 1/8 finals are due today.

There will be two clashes on the first day. The last winner of the CL, Liverpool from England, will have an away face-off with Atletico Madrid.

Two players from the Madrid team - Keeran Trippier and Ektor Herrera - will miss the match due to injuries. It is still unclear whether Joao Felix and Diego Costa will take part. The guest team will lack Gherdan Shaqiri; Sadio Mane's participation is also under question.

During another game that evening, Borussia Dortmund will face PSG. Both teams will lack several players. The host team's Marco Reus and Tomas Delaney sustained serious injuries.

Julian Brandt's participation is also unclear. PSG will start the match without Abdou Diallo and Colen Dagba. Whether Neymar and Kimpembe will participate is yet to be figured out.

The return legs between these teams will take place on March 11.
