Best player of Azerbaijan-Germany match identified

Baku. 28 March. REPORT.AZ/ Best player of 2018 World Cup qualifier between Azerbaijan and Germany have been identified.

Report informs, this is Andre Schürrle,with brace in the match. The 27-year-old forward of Borussia Dortmund won the poll taken by the German national team's fan club. Schürrle won 44.1% vote of 2024 respondents. Mario Gomez follows him with 16% of votes, while Jonas Hector is the third collecting 9.3% of the votes.

Notably, Schürrle opened and finished the scoring in the 19th and 81st minute.Thomas Muller and Marios Gomez scored one a-piece in the 36th and 45th minutes respectively, while Dimitri Nazarov hit a consolation in the 31st.
