Berti Vogts comments new appointment to Bayern

Baku. 14 April. REPORT.AZ/ "Niko Kovac's appointment as a Head coach of Bayern Munich is a great decision and it is not surprising for me.", former Head Coach of the Azerbaijani National Football Team Berti Vogts said, Report informs.

 72-years-old specialist said that Kovac with his work in “Eintracht” proved that he could bring individual players and team to a better level. "He brought his team to the finals of the German Cup and formed a strong team which competed for the Champions League qualification. Niko proved that he is able to add excitement to the Bundesliga. As well as, he has experience as head coach of the Croatian national team".

Notably, Berti Vogts worked in the Azerbaijani national team in 2008 - 2014. And Niko Kovac was a player of Bayern Munich in 2001-2003. Kovac Munhin, who presently leads "Einstein" will work in Munhin after the end of current season.
