Baku starts preparation of stewards for Europa League final and EURO 2020 matches

Baku. 12 April. REPORT.AZ/ A seminar organized by UEFA and AFFA for training of stewards has today started at the Baku Olympic Stadium.

Report informs citing the AFFA official website, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), the Special State Protection Service, the clubs participating in the Premier League, the Baku Olympic Stadium and the AFFA staff take part in event.

The training was organized within the preparations for the final match of the Europa League, which will be held in Baku in 2019 and 4 matches of the Euro-2020.

The main purpose is to prepare experienced trainers to form a modern steward system that combines security, protection and service. The seminar ends on April 16.

Notably, similar events will be held again up to 2020.
