Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation takes a lead in FIG ranking

Baku. 22 February. REPORT.AZ/ According to 2018`s results, Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation succeeded to be included into the list of the “FIG Meritorious Federations”.

Report informs citing the AGF website that the federation takes a lead again.

Thus, AGF has managed to be in the spotlight with its exemplary activity as it was last year. The high level organization of the World Cups in 3 gymnastics disciplines, the FIG Academies for coaches in Rhythmic, Artistic and Aerobic Gymnastics, the FIG Congress which is the FIG`s supreme governing body and other international competitions and meetings as well as its active participation by duly submitting necessary entries for the events in 6 FIG recognized competitive gymnastic disciplines were appreciated by the International Gymnastics Federation again and AGF took the 1st place.

It should be mentioned that Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation succeeded to be included into the FIG ranking of the best 10 federations in 2014, 2015 and 2016 and ranked 1st in 2017.
