"Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan" increases deposits

Baku. 22 April. REPORT.AZ/ Assets in "Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan" CJSC decreased by 0.3% since the beginning of year and as of April 1 amounted to 1 441 900 thousand AZN.

Report informs referring to the bank's financial statement.

During this period, the bank's loan portfolio decreased by 10.23% and as of April 1 has made 190, 588 thousand AZN. 26,0% or 49 551 thousand AZN of the loan portfolio accounted for troubled loans. The share of problem loans in the portfolio increased compared to the beginning of the year. Thus, in the beginning of 2017, problem loans in the portfolio amounted to 24.1%, Total liabilities also decreased by 0.82% and as of April 1 have made 388 957 thousand AZN. Individual deposits increased by 5.05% since the beginning of 2017 and amounted to 74 282 thousand AZN. As of April 1, the bank's share capital remained at 46 811 thousand AZN.

In first quarter of 2017, the bank made a net profit of 2 018 thousand AZN. Losses of the bank in 2016 amounted to 10 328 thousand AZN.
