World Bank appionts a new country manager for Azerbaijan - EXCLUSIVE - PHOTO

Baku. 22 September. REPORT.AZ/ Naveed Hassan Naqvi appointed new World Bank Country Manager for Azerbaijan.

Report informs, Naveed Hassan Naqvi had previously served as program manager of the World Bank on Europe and Central Asia.

He began his work at the bank in 2004 with the appointment to the post of economic analysts. Previously, he held various positions in the government of Pakistan.

N.Nagvi graduated from Durham and Hull universities.

Term of office of the head of the Azerbaijani representation Larisa Leshchenko expired in June 2016. 

She will continue her career in Liberia (West Africa).
