Share of oil and gas sector in foreign direct investments up in Azerbaijan

In the first half of 2024, the oil and gas sector accounted for 80.4% of the $3 billion foreign direct investment attracted to the economy of Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).

According to the bank, this is 4.5 percentage points more than the same period last year.
