Share of MSMEs in Azerbaijan’s GDP nears 27%

In the last four years, the share of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the gross domestic product (GDP) of Azerbaijan has increased by three percentage points from 23.5% to 26.5%, Tahir Mirkishili, the Chairman of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industries and Enterprising, Report informs.
"Our goal is 60%. I don't know when we will be able to reach it, but the growth rate in this area continues," he said.
