Quarterly economic growth in US exceeds forecast

Baku. 28 October. REPORT.AZ/ This year, the US economy actually grew by 2.9% in third quarter.

Report informs citing the Bloomberg, analysts suggested economic growth at 2.5%.

Notably, the US economic growth in the second quarter was 1.4%.

Analytical Group of Report believes, acceleration of economic growth can be considered as main reason for the the increase in discount rate by Federal Reserve System (FRS): "After the announcementof indicators, as an analytical we expect the dollar to strengthen."
