New chairman appointed to Baku Stock Exchange

Baku. 23 December. REPORT.AZ/ Baku Stock Exchange CJSC has today held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.

Report informs, new Acting Chairman of the board of directors (BD) was appointed at the meeting.

Vice Chairman of BSE BD Vugar Namazov was appointed as temporarily Acting Chairman. He replaced Fariz Azizov, who was recently appointed an executive director of Compulsory Insurance Bureau.

Besides, it was noted that F.Azizov will also act as a member of company’s Observation Council (OC). Then he was elected an OC Chairman and former Chairman Rovshan Allahverdiyev was relegated to OC membership.
