Net profit of Azerbaijani wine company falls 9%

Ganja Sharab-2 completed 2024 with a net profit of 2.1 million manats ($1.235 million). This is 8.5% less than in 2023, Report informs referring to the company.

Last year, Ganja Sharab-2's profit before tax amounted to 2.625 million manats ($1.544 million, or 8.5% less than in the previous year), and income tax payments were 525,000 manats, or $308,823 (-8.5%). As of January 1 of this year, Ganja Sharab-2's assets amounted to 32.215 million manats, or $18.950 million (+ 2.6%).

During the reporting period, the company's liabilities increased by 5.4% to 14.423 million manats, or $8.484 million and its balance sheet capital - by 0.5% to 17.791 million manats ($10.465 million).

The company "Ganja Sharab-2" was established in 2002 and is the leading wine-making enterprise in Azerbaijan. Its authorized capital is 10.685 million manats ($6.285 million).
