MCGF issues 564 mortgage loans in November

As of December 1, 2019, government mortgage lending stood at AZN 1,375,755,000, up AZN 31.069 million or 2.3% from the previous month, Report informs citing the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF).
AZN 158.527 million of total amount was formed in 2019.
In November, number of government mortgage loans increased by 564 from 27,113 to 27,677, of which 2,448 loans were issued in 2019.
Amount of loans with state guarantee and subsidy increased by AZN 5.75 million from AZN 46.859 million to AZN 52.609 million. Of this, AZN 35.08 million was issued in 2019.
The MCGF has AZN 723.878 million-bonds in circulation.
