MCGF issues 114 mortgage loans in October

As of November 1, 2019, government mortgage lending stood at AZN 1,344,686,000, up AZN 8.854 million or 0.7% from the previous year, Report informs citing the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF).
AZN 127.458 million of total amount was formed in 2019.
In October, number of government mortgage loans increased by 114 from 26,999 to 27,113, of which 1,884 loans were issued in 2019.
Amount of loans with state guarantee and subsidy increased by AZN 5.1 million from AZN 41.759 million to AZN 46.859 million. Of this, AZN 29.33 million was issued in 2019.
The MCGF has AZN 707.672 million-bonds in circulation.
