EBRD First Vice President to visit Azerbaijan

The EBRD’s First Vice President and Head of Client Services Group, Jürgen Rigterink, will visit Azerbaijan this week during his Caucasus tour, Report informs.

In Azerbaijan, Jürgen Rigterink will participate in the launch of the public-private partnership for technical and vocational education and training organized by the State Vocational Education Agency and Avrora Group aimed at strengthening skills capacity in the food production industry.

During the visit to the three South Caucasus states, Rigterink is expected to meet with government officials, heads of central banks, business leaders and representatives of international financial organizations.

The EBRD has invested over €10 billion in 680 projects across the region, in both the private and public sectors.
