Deficit in state budget of Azerbaijan makes 539 mln AZN

Baku. 15 September. REPORT.AZ/ In January-August, state budget revenues amounted to 10 788.8 mln. AZN, while expenditures 11 327.5 mln. AZN.

Report informs citing the Ministry of Finance report.

According to report, budget revenues increased by 30.3% and budget expenditures by 21.2% compared to same period in 2016. Deficit of 538.7 mln. AZN or 1.2% of GDP has formed.

Notably, in January-July 2017, revenues of the state budget increased by 34.3% compared to the same period in 2016 and amounted to 9410.1 mln. AZN and expenditures increased by 19.2% AZN and reached 9765.6 mln. AZN.

The deficit of 355.5 mln. AZN makes 0.9% of GDP.
