Consultations held on creation of pilot private execution system in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan Banks Association (ABA) held consultations with German and French companies over the establishment of the pilot private execution system, Report informs, citing ABA.

The creation of the system is planned within the framework of the progressive judicial services and modern judicial infrastructure project of the World Bank.

The World Bank's European Management Solutions Germany GmbH - Germany (the main consultant) and the International Union of Executive Officers - a consortium of French companies, attended the meeting.

The purpose of the consultations is to support the Ministry of Justice in preparing recommendations to create, implement and evaluate a pilot private execution system based on advanced international practices.
