CBA discusses change management during uncertainty period with more than 40 central banks

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) participated in the 6th annual international roundtable "Strategic Development and Change Management in Central Banks During Excessive Uncertainty."

Report informs, citing the CBA, that the roundtable was held in an online format.

The event brought together representatives from central banks of more than 40 countries. Participants discussed approaches and strategies to address current challenges.

During the session "Lessons Learned and Successes in Strategy Implementation," the CBA presented its views on the Financial Sector Development Strategy for 2024-2026 and approaches to implementing a comprehensive strategy.

At the event, the CBA discussed with other central banks best practices in strategy development and implementation, positive organizational examples, challenges faced by central banks during global uncertainty, and directions for future initiatives.
