Azerbaijan’s budget surplus rises over 7 times

In January-November 2022, Azerbaijan’s budget revenues stood at 28,978,100,000 manats (over $17 billion) and expenditures at 25,975,500,000 manats (roughly $15 billion), respectively, up 27.5% and 16.4% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.
Consequently, the surplus amounted to 3,002.6 million manats (nearly $1.77 billion), 7.2 times more than the previous year.
