Azerbaijan lowers tariff burden in capital market

Baku. 21 December. REPORT.AZ/ The proposals have been prepared to decrease the tariffs in capital market of Azerbaijan.

Report informs, the Head of the Division of Supervision at Financial Markets Infrastructure at the Financial Market Supervisory Authority of the Republic of Azerbaijan (FIMSA) Ruslan Babayev said.

“Introduction of new tariffs at Baku Exchange Stock and National Deposit Center will be possible in 2018. It will relive the tariff burden for investors in capital market,” he said.

In addition, FIMSA official said that there are suggestions for direct participation of Azerbaijani banks in capital market: “This issue will be realized next year.”
