Azerbaijan invested over $470M in Karabakh, Eastern Zangazur in 1Q2025

In the first quarter of 2025, Azerbaijan invested 812.3 million manats ($477.8 million) for the reconstruction and restoration of its liberated territories, marking a 33.5% decrease year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s Ministry of Finance.

During this period, 20.3% of the annually allocated funds were utilized based on cash order documents submitted by client organizations for relevant projects—a figure 11.6 percentage points lower than one year ago.
