Azerbaijan fulfills forecast on tax revenues by 126.2%

In January-July this year, tax revenues to the Azerbaijani state budget amounted to 5.273 billion manats, the forecast was fulfilled by 126.2 percent, Report informs referring to the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

Tax revenues compared to the same period last year increased by 14.2 percent or 655.9 million manats.

Regarding the non-oil and gas sector, revenues amounted to 3.813 billion manats, the forecast was fulfilled by 119.7 percent. Some 628.1 million manats were transferred to the budget above the forecast. Tax revenues from this sector increased by 11.1 percent or 382.2 million manats compared to the same period last year.

Some 72.3 percent of taxes paid accounted for the non-oil sector, 27.7 percent for the oil and gas sector.
