Azerbaijan explores various directions of joint activity with IMF

Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov discussed various directions and results of joint activities with the delegation led by Anna Bordon, the head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission for Azerbaijan.

According to Report, the minister wrote on his X social media account:

“During the meeting with the delegation led by Anna Bordon, the head of the International Monetary Fund mission for Azerbaijan, we discussed various aspects and outcomes of our joint activities:

- The country’s macroeconomic indicators and the results of reforms in the business sector;

- Initiatives aimed at promoting economic diversification;

- Planned reforms in tax administration.”
