AMF sells bonds of 20 mln AZN in next auction

Baku. 17 February. REPORT.AZ/ Today, Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) has held the next auction on placement of new issue of interest-bearing registered guaranteed unsecured mortgage bonds of the "Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund" JSC (AMF).

Report informs citing the BSE, 20 000 bonds at par value of 1 000 AZN each of the fund were auctioned. Auction price of the securities was determined at 1 001.75 AZN and have been placed in full.

The process took place by underwriting of “Paşa Kapital” investment company.

The maturity date is December 6, 2026.
