ADB officials informed about Development Strategy for 2022-2026

Israfil Mammadov, Executive Director of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ), met with the delegation headed by Shixin Chen, Vice President of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Report informs, citing SOFAZ.

At the meeting, Mammadov provided extensive information to the guests about the investment policy of the Fund, the main directions of the investment portfolio, the projects financed by the funds of the institution, the role of the Fund in ensuring macro-economic stability in the country, the main goals of the Socio-Economic Development Strategy of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026.

The executive director highly appreciated the Bank's initiatives in Azerbaijan.

Chen expressed his hope that cooperation with Azerbaijan in the field of sustainable development will further develop in the future.
