Volume of oil transported via BTC last year announced

The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline transported 224,388,520 barrels of oil in 2022, General Manager at BOTAS International Limited, Nadim Ekiz, told Anadolu, Report informs.
According to him, the pipeline carried 200,467,463 barrels of oil in 2021, up 23,921,057 barrels or 11.9% from the previous year.
He said the oil was loaded on 305 tankers: "The largest volume of oil—21,148,652 barrels were supplied in November and the smallest—13,581,125 barrels in February."
The general manager also noted that since the BTC pipeline became operational in June 2006 till the end of 2022, it transported 4,232,552 barrels: "These volumes of oil were loaded on 5,250 tankers."
