Volume of liquid hydrocarbon production increases in Norway

The volume of production of liquid hydrocarbons in Norway in August, according to preliminary data, increased by 127,000 barrels per day, or 6.8%, compared with the final data for July, Report informs with reference to the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD).
Thus, the total production amounted to 1.998 million barrels per day.
At the same time, NPD notes that the August figure was 3.7% less than the organization's forecast.
The volume of daily oil production in August amounted to 1.774 million barrels, which is 3.1% lower than the NPD forecast and 8.1% more than in July. The volume of production of a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons amounted to 205,000 barrels per day in August, and 19,000 barrels of condensate.
