Vladimir Malinov: President Ilham Aliyev’s support made today’s signing reality

The signing of the memorandum will further strengthen relations among the participating countries and support the energy security of these European countries, Vladimir Malinov, executive director of Bulgartransgaz, said at the signing of a memorandum of understanding to promote cooperation among the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Bulgaria’s Bulgartransgaz, Romania’s Transgaz, Hungary’s FGSZ and Slovakia’s Eurostream, Report’s correspondent sent to Sofia informs.

Malinov thanked Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for political support, which made today’s signing a reality.

Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, hosted the signing of a memorandum of understanding on the development of cooperation between the gas transmission system operators of Bulgaria (Bulgartransgaz), Romania (Transgaz), Hungary (FGSZ), Slovakia (Eustream) and the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).

The signing took place with the participation of Presidents of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Bulgaria Rumen Radev.
