On April 3, the Ministry of Taxes registered the joint venture “SOCAR-STP” LLC of SOCAR and Sumgayit Technologies Park (STP).
Report informs that the new LLC is situated in Neftchiler Avenue 153, Nesimi District, Baku.
The authorized capital is AZN 1.7 million. No director was appointed to the LLC yet.
SOCAR and STP signed the agreement on the creation of a joint venture on February 19, 2020.
