SOCAR sells part of its shares in Shah Deniz, South Caucasus Pipeline

The State Oil Company (SOCAR) sold 14.35% of its participation shares in the Shah Deniz Production Sharing Agreement to the Southern Gas Corridor Upstream LLC, Report informs, citing SOCAR.

According to the information, the company also sold 14.35% of its participation shares in the South Caucasus Pipeline to the South Gas Corridor Midstream LLC.
