SOCAR: No negotiations are underway on development of fields in Russia

No negotiations are underway on development of fields in Russia by SOCAR, Head of SOCAR Investments Department Vagif Aliyev told journalists.

According to him, options are being considered, but negotiations are not underway on development of fields and upstream project.
