SOCAR, Lukoil sign memo of cooperation

President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev met with Lukoil president Vahid Alekperov as part of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

According to Report, the sides discussed several issues of mutual interest.

By the results of the meeting, SOCAR and Lukoil signed a memorandum of cooperation in a range of fields.
