Oil prices on the global market have increased against the backdrop of rising tensions in the Middle East.
Brent futures for September delivery rose by $0.32 (0.39%) to $81.45 per barrel on the London-based ICE Futures exchange, according to Report, which cites Interfax.
Similarly, WTI futures for September delivery grew by $0.26 (0.34%) to $77.42 per barrel during electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX).
Meanwhile, at the end of last week, the prices of Brent oil fell by 1.8% and WTI oil declined by 1.9%.
