President says budget increase achieved not only due to oil price hike

"We did not increase the budget only as a result of an oil price hike," President Ilham Aliyev said at the meeting dedicated to the results of the first six months of the year, according to Report.

The head of state noted that it became possible also owing to the conducted reforms.
