Non-OPEC countries fulfill obligation by 99%

In June, the OPEC countries fulfilled the obligation on the output cut by 112%, Report informs, citing International Energy Agency. 

Non-OPEC countries fulfilled their commitment by 99%. 

Generally, the OPEC+ executed the agreement by 108%.
